Demanding absolute proof from a country with zero transparency is a tall order; the information vacuum is a feature of these shutdowns, not a bug. Even if we had definitive proof of traffic patterns, the goalposts would just move to: 'How do you know this was a Iran's government action?'

Who else would be able to block and unblock the internet in a country?


Maybe it is an act of sabotage by Israel/USA to defame Iran?
