I have trouble figuring what this is about. You could read it as „don’t fall for hustle culture“ or „don’t work hard, work smart“ which is just a different version of hustle culture. May also be a warning on AI and the cost of trying to stay afloat.


It's mostly about "don't let the structure of your cognition mirror the simplistic machines you create; they are meant to be augmentations so you can offload that kind of rote cognition and focus on the creative synthetic methods that humans are uniquely suited for."
