Related fun fact up to maybe a decade ago: If you had a disk labeled/partitioned in FBSDs 'dangerously dedicated' style, and tried to image that, or reading the image of that with some forensic tool called Encase (running under Windows of course, how else could it be?), this tool would crash that Windows with an irrecoverable blew screen :)
