I think the American public is a lot more cynical than when they were duped into war with Iraq 20 years ago. Certain people will try and drag you into an Iranian war, but I don't think it will work now. The playbook has been used too many times.

I agree with you in general, except for one important point - I think it will work again. Plenty of people will see through the lie, but enough will buy it that they’ll get their war.
