Why the weird cypher requirements? Blocking like 65% of users seems like a very weird choice.

Weird because that's the strongest setting used with the fewest (zero) vulnerabilities there.

But it's not supported by Chrome? Why not use a cyphersuite that is supported and also has zero vulnerabilities: TLS_AES_128_GCM_SHA256
