I don't have a solution. I am not sure that there is one. Just don't want to subject a group of people to trauma.

I think the solution is that these jobs need to be compensated in proportion to their value, with applicants understanding what they've signed up for. Without moderation, there are no services. Governments that prioritize the protection of children among other things should enforce this.

At this point the applicants understand what they are signing up for. There's been enough press for that.

Except going forward they've be messed up, but with money.
