The sad reality is that these $10-a-day content moderators make more money than medium sized creators who don't know how to monetize and are hoping the TikTok creator fund will do them justice.

It's a very manipulative platform on all sides. Creator, Consumer, and Moderator.



To be fair, this is true for solo artists in general - musicians, writers, indie game devs, youtubes. Even substack writers. More often than not it takes a long time to build up an audience and all.


What makes you think tiktok even needs profesional paid content creators?
