We currently work with 8 of the top 20 mortgage lenders in the country. NewRez lending, a publicly-traded, top-5 lender recently selected us to be a cornerstone of their AI underwriting strategy, calling this out on their last quarterly earnings call.
While we have a number of roles, we're primarily looking for a specific attitude: talented, motivated individuals who tolerate ambiguity and can bridge the gap between business uses cases and engineered solutions. We're looking specifically for engineers who can work directly with me (CTO/Co-Founder) and a small group of of SF-based engineers/PMs. In particular looking for a strong Frontend/Design engineer, along with a backend engineer.
